She began participating in competitions at the age of 15 and continued her training with choreographers and teachers such as Nelson Reyes (former principal dancer of the Havana Ballet) and Eric Carpio, choreographer for Televisa Mexico. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alma was a teacher in the Dancing for Diversity program for 3 consecutive years, a program between the Latin American Women&#8217;s Association and CMS. She has had the opportunity to travel to Mexico City and reinforce her knowledge with maestro Renato Levi of the Ballet Folklorico de Amalia Hernandez. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She has been a professional dancer for over a decade and has worked with international figures such as Pedro Fernandez, Belinda, Lucero, Grupo Ca\u00f1averal and many more. Alma is the most energetic dancer and instructor at El Alma de la Luna.
